Applications
TECHNYL 2413GW9 WHT is used in all sectors of industry, offering high mechanical strength, flame retarded & especially low gas property.
This grade is widely used for
- Connector, Coil Bobbin, Magnetic Switch, Socket, Battery Insulator
This product is available in White color (Other colors will be discussed)
Processing
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. In the case that the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried to a final moisture content less than 0.2% with a dehumidified air drying equipment at approx. 80°C
Recommended moulding conditions :
-Barrel temperatures : - feed zone 275~285°C
- compression zone 280~290°C
- front zone 285~295°C
-Mould temperatures 80~100°C

Processing
The material is supplied in airtight bags, ready for use. In the case that the virgin material has absorbed moisture, it must be dried to a final moisture content less than 0.2% with a dehumidified air drying equipment at approx. 80°C
Recommended moulding conditions :
-Barrel temperatures : - feed zone 275~285°C
- compression zone 280~290°C
- front zone 285~295°C
-Mould temperatures 80~100°C
